Mississippi Canoeing Adventure

The Mississippi river at Lake Itaska (Photo: Christine Karim/Wikipedia) Englishman Kevin Brady has just finished an unusual fund raiser: Paddling down the mighty Mississippi river for 2,000 miles (about 3,219 km). The 30 year old started the 146 day canoeing trip in Lake Itasca (northern Minnesota) on September 15th and finished not far from Venice (Louisiana) in the Gulf of Mexico on February 8th.
